and we have classes for everyone from 3 years old to 63 years old.

ATAFIT, ATAMMA, Songahm Taekwondo, Weapons Training, and XMA Training

Classes are taught by Certified ATA Instructors
with qualifications in Taekwondo, Weapons Training, XMA Training,
Sparring, Joint Locks, Pressure Points, ATAMMA Training and ATAFIT
